These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", or "your") and ListingSaaS ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing our services, creating an account, or submitting your software product through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
ListingSaaS provides manual software directory submission services for SaaS founders, startups, and software creators. We manually prepare and submit your product details to curated, high-authority SaaS directories, startup indexes, and launch platforms according to the package tier you select.
2. User Information & Submission Accuracy
When placing an order or registering an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and truthful details regarding your software product, including its official URL, branding, description, and contact info.
- Warrant that you own or have explicit legal authority and authorization from the product owner to submit the product to public web platforms.
- Ensure your product does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, patent, trademark, or copyright.
3. Fulfillment Timeline & Screenshot Verification
- Turnaround Window: Our team strives to complete directory submissions within 48 to 72 business hours from the time you provide all required product assets and positioning information.
- Verifiable Proof: For each directory submission completed, we upload a verifiable screenshot directly to your ListingSaaS dashboard as transparent audit evidence of fulfillment.
4. Third-Party Directory Autonomy & Editorial Disclaimer
Editorial Independence & No Search Ranking Guarantee:
ListingSaaS guarantees accurate, diligent, and manual submission of your product to target directories in accordance with each platform's guidelines and criteria. However, third-party directories are independently operated platforms with their own editorial boards and automated moderation algorithms.
ListingSaaS does not and cannot guarantee:
- That any third-party directory will unconditionally accept, approve, or feature your submission.
- Specific domain authority (DA / DR) score increases or search engine ranking gains.
- The editorial timeline or queuing period before an external directory publishes your listing.
- The specific backlink attribute (dofollow vs. nofollow) assigned by external platforms.
External directory editors maintain 100% discretion and editorial control over their review processes, listings, and indexing policies.
5. Prohibited Products and Services
ListingSaaS upholds high standards of platform integrity. We strictly prohibit submissions for:
- Deceptive software, phishing utilities, spyware, malware, or illicit hacking tools.
- Scams, fraudulent financial schemes, or misleading crypto/NFT projects.
- Explicit adult/NSFW content, gambling, firearms, or illegal substances.
- Any platform or service that promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service if a submitted product violates these standards.
6. Pricing, Payments & Refund Policy
All payments on ListingSaaS are one-time fees securely processed through our Merchant of Record:
- Before Fulfillment Commences: If you request cancellation before our submission team has initiated work on your order, you are entitled to a 100% full refund.
- After Submissions Have Commenced: Because our team immediately invests focused manual labor, copywriting adjustments, and irreversible submissions to third-party portals, orders cannot be cancelled or fully refunded once submissions are underway.
- Unfulfilled Directory Guarantee: If ListingSaaS is unable to fulfill the total number of directory submissions promised in your purchased tier due to unforeseen directory closures or technical issues on our end, we will promptly substitute them with directories of equal or greater authority, or issue a prorated refund for unfulfilled submissions.
7. Intellectual Property & Content Rights
- Your Assets: You retain full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in all product names, logos, screenshots, taglines, and descriptions you provide.
- Limited License to Submit: You grant ListingSaaS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to format, adapt, and transmit your provided materials to target directories to fulfill your service order.
- Our Platform: The ListingSaaS name, logo, custom web interface, database schemas, and proprietary submission tracking system remain the exclusive property of ListingSaaS.
8. Limitation of Liability
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LISTINGSAAS PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LISTINGSAAS, ITS FOUNDERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TRAFFIC, OR REPUTATION, ARISING FROM OR CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SUBMISSION SERVICES, OR THE REFUSAL, REMOVAL, OR DELAY OF A LISTING BY ANY THIRD-PARTY DIRECTORY.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access without notice if you breach these Terms, attempt to compromise platform security, or engage in abusive conduct toward our team.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our service after updates constitutes your agreement to the modified Terms.
